By using DetoxBody, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use DetoxBody. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

All wellness recommendations, detox plans, and AI Coach conversations are GENERATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. This content is for INFORMATIONAL purposes only and has NOT been reviewed by a medical professional. ALWAYS consult a real doctor before starting any regimen.

3. User Responsibilities

Maintain account confidentiality.
Provide accurate health intake information.
One account per person.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse-engineer the app, scrape data, or use the app for any illegal purposes. Violation may result in immediate termination.

Billing Period: 7 days — auto-renews every 7 days

DetoxBody PRO — Monthly
Price: $14.99 USD per month
Billing Period: 1 month — auto-renews every month

DetoxBody PRO — Yearly
Price: $79.99 USD per year
Billing Period: 12 months — auto-renews every year

Subscriptions are managed via Apple In-App Purchases (auto-renewable).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple per their standard policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

DetoxBody and its owners are not liable for any health complications or damages arising from the use of AI-generated content. Use the app at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
